The customs of Porto hosts from January 19 to July 28, the Exhibition "Banksy's Dismaland and Others by Barry Cawston".
This is a powerful demonstration that takes us on a journey through phenomenal work, of an artist who for more than 25 years uses his art toquestion the values of society and that arrives now, and for the first time, to Portugal.
The show that has 44 large photographs integrates images of the project Dismaland (2015), the well-known theme park created by Bansky in a clearsatire to Disney parks an one of its most unusual works. Apart from these will also integrate other identifying works of the artist as the "Walled Off Flower Thrower" (2005), one of his best-known works.
In addition to the photographs of Barry Cawston, the exhibition will also integrate a series of works by young Portuguese artists, also serving as the launching ramp of new names in the universe of urbanart.
